A habit tracking app. This app aims to fill a gap in the market, allowing users to track both the quitting of old habits as well as the building of new ones. One of its key features is the ability to set limits for the number of times an activity can be performed in one day; for example allowing smokers to cut down on the number of cigarettes smoked daily, thereby creating a sustainable change.
